Now that I got your attention heres a little bit of the details. 250$ buy in 10 cars. Heads up 1/4 mile racing.
Street cars tagged/inspected subject to a short cruise to prove street car status.

winner takes 2,000$

Would be fun to watch but I don't think my car would have a chance against all of the blown, turbo and nitrous street cars.

So whats the rules for this deal? I am familiar with Cash Days and events similar to this but I am just wondering what the rules will be here. Got a stock suspension small tire car and I will be on 275 radials. I will have inspection and registration sticker on car, how far is the cruise?

The rules are sketchy at this point. We are looking to adopt the "true street" style rules. Meaning a 30ish mile cruise. Get to the spot and no popping hoods, splash of gas and fresh n2o bottle swap only. We are trying to weed out the race cars trying to pose as street cars with these rules. We will have a race car money race for the race cars.

I was talking with a few guys last night and what do you guys think about applying hte true street rules for a race at the track? The same rules Houston1320 stated apply as to weed out the straight race cars but a controlled environment??

Sounds very smart....I think everybody has way to much $$$$ in there cars to forfit them to the policia if and when they get caught...as long as there is a cruise that should be a must...The idea is very smart..All the past STREET races have been a giant cluster @#$k anyway...O..didnt 2 people crash there shit last year......
