Was I mistaken in thinking that all this was suppose to be 1/4 mile?

OK then, here's my best 1/4 mile pass...
Don't remember the R/T
1.4x sixty (didn't hit the spray off the line)
5.90@120 1/8 mile
9.32@128 1/4 mile (got off the nitrous after the 1/8 mile and pedaled it)
1.42
9.86@138 1/4 mile a couple weeks ago on motor at San Antonio.

Re: Track King of Houston1320.com
I just wish I would have gotten a clean hit on the nitrous the last time I went to San Antonio. Both my launches on the bottle went to the left and had to lift and get back in it. 142 mph on the passes though. If I could have ran even a 5.70 to the 1/8 I would have been real close to that 8.9x 1/4 mile!

Try this...

It doesn't show the mph, but it was 142. It went 138 on motor that day though. Went 142 on a 200 and 100 hit of go juice, so not sure if its pushing through converter, rpm was only about 100-200 rpms higher through the traps on that pass.

Re: Track King of Houston1320.com
it traped 142mph on a 200 shot and 142 on a 100 shot? that seems odd.

Yeah, well on the first nitrous hit with the 200 pills, it went hard left and it took me a little longer to get it corrected and roll back into the throttle. On the 2nd pass with the 100 pills it didn't go as hard left and I corrected fairly quickly with just a little blip off and back on the throttle as can be seen in the 9.70 video above.

Eh, bars are for people who can't tune their suspension. Mine works just fine how it is once I figured out you gotten tighten up those front struts to keep the front end down. I leave them loose on motor like 1 or 2 clicks, then tighten up to 8-9 clicks on the nitrous.

So, pro stockers, Fuelers, Auto pro mods ETC can't tune their suspension?

OK, let me revise. For 1000 hp and less cars, bars are for guys who can't or refuse to tune their suspension to keep their car off the rear bumper. I guess you can put them on breadbox type SUV's that have a heavy rear weight bias and steam roller tires LOL.

LOL, just a little talk. Daniel and I have a race lined up, but we never seem to be at the track at the same time when the blazer is there.
I believe it was I get the move, both of us on all we've got for $40? Sound right Daniel?
He'll probably eat my lunch, but maybe .3 from the move will be enough to stay out front. Of course I haven't backed up my best nitrous pass ever. Common nitrous pass at HMP is in the 5.70s.

Re: Track King of Houston1320.com
yep, that was the race. I am offshore right now and won't be in until after the 21st. When I get back a have a couple loose ends to tie up on the truck then it will be ready for some testing after 6 months of down time.

I'm not sure if I'll be doing anymore racing after NMRA with holidays and what not coming up. Just keep me posted on when you're going and we'll see. How much nitrous would a .110 pill in a plate be? LOL
