What's done to the nastyC6 that cause it to be unable to hook from 60 or are you on street tires? Either this car is very nasty, or you need a tire...because with a tire a Vette will need to be making quite a bit of torque to be losing traction at 60.

yeah sidewall is a big part of it. I bet a 17'' drag radial with good tire pressure will hook. Play with the tire pressure and see what you can get to work. If you get down under 20psi and it still won't hook I would definitely start looking into a smaller wheel.

I run on 19" DR's and have no issues with traction on the street at 60.

I have no problem from a 30 roll and I run 345x30x18s
the 6r hoosiers suck big ones I have a set with less then 1200 miles and I pulled wheels and tires off, think ill just hang them on the wall in the shop. Thinking about new wheels look at 18, and run the MTs ET YOU WILL BE HAPPY JUST DON'T DRIVE IT IN THE RAIN! ps sex-change said he will run you!
